DLKeep is made by Souplin Labs LLC. By downloading, installing, or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who these terms are with

DLKeep is a product of Souplin Labs LLC ("we", "us"). These terms form a legal agreement between you and Souplin Labs LLC covering your use of the DLKeep applications and this website.

What DLKeep is

DLKeep runs on your own device and saves video from the web to your disk. It is not a content service: we do not host, provide, or supply any of the videos you download — your device fetches them directly from whatever site you point it at.

Your responsibilities

• You may only download content you have the right to download — content you own, that is in the public domain, or that its rights-holder or the hosting site permits you to save.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of the sites you download from and with all laws that apply to you.
• Your use of DLKeep, and what you do with the files you save, is yours alone to answer for.

Acceptable use

• Do not use DLKeep for any unlawful purpose, or to infringe anyone's copyright or other rights.
• Do not use DLKeep to redistribute, sell, or publicly share content you do not have the right to.
• Do not attempt to break, disrupt, or misuse the app or the services it relies on.

No warranty

DLKeep is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. The sites DLKeep saves from change constantly and may stop working at any time; we do not guarantee that any particular site, video, or quality will work, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Souplin Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of DLKeep or of the content you choose to download. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for the app.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new date; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Souplin Labs LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
